A number of changes have been made in the NFL when it comes to head coaches and general managers, but one team that will keep their duo together is the Los Angeles Rams, who extended Sean McVay and Les Snead.
Is anyone unhappy with the extensions?

I guess almost everyone in the league understands why the Rams extended McVay and Snead, and I also think most fans agree with that decision as well, BUT I could be wrong, AND we want to hear from you either way!
Although they didn’t appear in their third Super Bowl together, it’s hard to argue with the success McVay and Snead have enjoyed since working together during the 2017 season.

“In their first nine years together, Snead and McVay helped the Rams to a combined 92-57 regular season record with a victory in Super Bowl LVI (two Super Bowl appearances), two NFC championships (three appearances), four NFC West division titles and seven playoff appearances. That 92-57 record, along with their 10-6 playoff record, both rank fifth in the NFL since 2017. Los Angeles finished with a winning record in eight of those nine years.

“The uncertainty on the Rams’ side isn’t whether they’ll start the 38-year-old Stafford next season, but rather the quarterback’s desire to play in the first place. McVay is keeping his fingers crossed that Stafford has more fuel in his tank.

“I think if this is something he wants to do, the answer is absolutely yes,” McVay saidexpressing interest in building another offense around Stafford “…I think the great thing is he’s going to take his time, talk with (wife) Kelly and the girls and see what’s best.”
