All promotional items must be distributed on the specified game day, when the gates open, on a first come, first served basis. Each ticketed guest within a specified age limit will receive one (1) promotional item (while supplies last). Guests with multiple tickets must exit and re-enter the stadium to receive multiple promotional items. There are no exceptions to this policy. The Reds do not guarantee that promotional items will be made available to customers on the originally scheduled promotional date.
