Old Hickory – The women of Cumberland finished the Music City Classic at the Hermitage Golf Course Tuesday by finishing equality for 13th place.
Keizer has retained place No. 1 to win the tournament by pulling an 859 on three laps. Scad-Atlanta finished second at 878 with Lindsey Wilson finishing in third place at 887. Indiana Wesleyan was the largest mover on the second day, jumping three places to finish in fourth place in 889. Marian took fifth place to complete the top five.
Cumberland pulled a 316 on the last day to finish with 934 shots throughout the tournament.
Matilda Lind was the highest finisher of Cumberland tied for 22nd place. Lind pulled three out of 75 on the second day with four Birdies. She finished with a total of 223 strokes in the tournament.
Crystal Zamzow pulled an 80 in his last round to finish 231 shots in total. Zamzow finished tied for 47th place. She picked up a birdie with nine Bogeys during her last lap.
Lucy Labdon ended equally for the 74th place at 241 shots. Labdon posted the second best score of the day for Cumberland with a seven 79. Labdon posted 11 pars and seven Bogeys during the day.
Franziska Mramor totaled 245 shots on 54 holes. Mramor finished in 79th place after shooting an 83 in his last round.
Liza Kharaldina posted an 82 in her last round to end with 254 shots in total. Kharaldina equaled 84th place. Ksenia Yakovleva ended with 89th place at 260 shots. She posted an 88 in her last round. Emily Loveless finished in 93rd place at 283 shots with a 97 in her last round.
The Phoenix will now prepare for the conference tournament at the Bowling Green (Ky.) Country club on April 28 to 29.
