In what was his best statistical season, Nikola Jokic had one of the best games in his career on Tuesday evening – a 61 career triple -double. It was a virtuoso performance.

Jokic joins James Harden and Luka Doncic as only players in the history of the NBA with a triple-double of 60 points, and it was his 31st triple-double of the season.
It was not enough.
In one of the wildest and the best games of the season – a match that went to two o’clock and saw eight head changes in the second extension – the Minnesota Timberwolves beat Denver for the sixth consecutive time, 140-139.
Denver took an advance of 139-138 on a Jokic Franc launch with 17.7 seconds to play in the second extension. Minnesota had the ball but Anthony Edwards returned it under pressure, leading to a rapid rupture led by Russell Westbrook. With Denver already in front, all that Westbrook had to do was either slowed down the game, waiting for Minnesota to grow, then struck its free throws. Or, he could attack the rim and have a blow. Westbrook chose the second option – he led, he went to get the bucket on a pass from Christian Braun, but Westbrook missed the dismissal by giving Timberwolves a last chance.
The Minnesota obtained the ball at their star Anthony Edwards, but when the defense collapsed on his record, he went to Nickeil Alexander-Walker Open in the opposite corner. Alexander -Walker went up but missed the corner at 3 points – except Westbrook, dirty it on the fence. Alexander-Walker went to the line, hit two free throws, and it was the game.
An instant classic deserves a wild finish 🚨

The Timberwolves escaped with a 140-139 victory. Edwards led the Timberwolves with 34 points, marking 24 of those of the fourth quarter or overtime.
With the victory, combined with A loss of Memphis TuesdayThe Timberwolves are now tied with the grizzles for sixth place in the West (and the chance to leave the game). Denver remains third of the conference, but booming Lakers are only half a backpack. It will be a last wild week in the West.
