Cavaliers 105, Celtics 104

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Paolo Banchero had 22 points, Cole Anthony scored 12 of his 14 points in the second half and Orlando beat Charlotte for its ninth victory in 11 games.

Wendell Carter Jr. had 12 points and nine rebounds for the Magic (36-26), who improved 10 games above .500 for the first time since April 18, 2012.

Vasa Micic, who started at point guard with LaMelo Ball and Cody Martin injured, scored a career-high 21 points for Charlotte, which lost its fifth straight. Tre Mann and Brandon Miller each scored 18 for the Hornets.

Suns 117, Nuggets 107, OT

DENVER — Kevin Durant scored 35 points, including eight in overtime, and short-handed Phoenix rebounded to beat Denver after blowing a 22-point lead in the second half.

After scoring just 12 points in the fourth quarter, the Suns scored 15 in overtime, led by Durant and Bradley Beal, who scored five of 16 in overtime.

Grayson Allen made eight 3-pointers and scored 28 points to help the Suns end a two-game slide.

Jamal Murray scored 28 points and Nikola Jokic added 25 points and 16 rebounds, but the Nuggets had their six-game winning streak snapped.

The Suns were missing Devin Booker (sprained ankle), Nassir Little (knee), Damion Lee (meniscus surgery) and Josh Okogie (abdominal sprain).
