The game that attracted the most attention during last night’s NBA schedule was played in Minneapolis.

THE Minnesota Timberwolves welcomed and conquered Oklahoma City Thunder 123-111, with Rudy Gobert recording a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Anthony Edwards led the way with 26 points, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s 30 points and eight assists weren’t enough for the defending champions. Isaiah Hartenstein contributed 11 points and five rebounds for OKC.

Elsewhere, the Philadelphia 76ers beat the Kings of Sacramento 113-111, with Tyrese Maxey scoring 40, including a game-winning bucket, and Joel Embiid added 37 points, while Dennis Schroder played for the losing team.

The German international led the Kings with 27 points, while Domantas Sabonis contributed with 14 points and seven rebounds. Maxime Raynaud added eight points and seven rebounds.

THE Wizards of Washington recorded a rare victory by beating the Milwaukee Bucks 109-99, amid reports of the potential Giannis Antetokounmpo trade.

The Greek international is still out due to injury, while Alex Sarr has led the team. Wizards with a solid double-double of 16 points and 17 rebounds. Bilal Coulibaly followed with eight points and 10 rebounds.

Alperen Sengun had nine points and 13 rebounds in Houston Rockets“Victory on the road 104-86 against the Atlanta Falconswhile Clint Capela had 10 points and seven rebounds for the losing team, and Vit Krejci added nine points and four rebounds.

THE Miami Heat beat the Chicago Bulls 116-113 at the United Center, as Pelle Larsson scored 15 points with six rebounds and Nikola Jovic added eight points and four rebounds.

Nikola Vucevic had a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Bullswhile Matas Buzelis was just one rebound away with 16 points.

Buzelis’ compatriot Jonas Valanciunas was also on pace for a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds in a 107-103 win over the Brooklyn filletswhile Nikola Jokic is still absent for the Denver Nuggets. Nolan Traore had a solid outing for the losing team with nine points and four rebounds.
