Antetokounmpo has scored at least 30 points and 10 rebounds in 34 games this season, more than any other player.
The two-time Most Valuable Player also provided eight assists for Atlanta.
The Hawks remain second in the Eastern Conference behind the Boston Celtics, while the loss ended Atlanta’s four-game winning streak and left them 10th.
Khris Middleton scored 21 points for the Bucks, including 18 for Patrick Beverly, who started because Damian Lillard missed the game for personal reasons.
Bogdan Bogdanovic led the Hawks with 38 points and 10 rebounds.
The Celtics, who had lost their two previous games, won 104-92 against the New Orleans Pelicans.
