Brandon Jones Locked up in the round of 8 with a big victory on Saturday at the Kansas Speedway, but he was not the only one to have won a place in the penultimate lap. JR Motorsports’ Connor Zilisch And Justin Allgaier both scored enough points to get a place a week earlier.
The battle around the cup line will be intense during the elimination race next week at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval. Jesse Love is on the bubble with only five points between him and the fall zone. There are three drivers with a figure, starting with Nick Sanchez at -5pts, then Hill Austin at -7pts, and Harrison Burton at -8pts.
