Josh Berry de Hendersonville stole the show at Pennzoil 400 Nascar Las Vegas runs on Sunday.
Berry won his first career victory In the Nascar Cup series in Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
“Vegas was so good for me,” Berry told Fox Sports Pit Jamie Little after the victory. “I had so many good times here. I fought in the Nextgen car. All this team of 21, everyone at Wood Brothers Racing, they gave me a big car today.”

Berry is the first winner of the Nashville region in the Nascar Cup series since Sterling Marlin won in Darlington Raceway on March 17, 2002.

Winner of the Nascar Las Vegas race
Josh Berry
Josh Berry has won one of the greatest victories in his life so far in the Nascar Las Vegas race on Sunday. He came in his 53rd start. He made a pass on Daniel Suarez late in the pursuit after the race with Joey Logano before the last stop at the stand.
Berry will be in the Nascar Cup Series qualifiers for the first time in his second season.
Ryan Preece
Ryan Preece was calm in the Sunday race, but he equaled his best arrival with third place on Sunday. His previous third place occurred in 2019 in Talladega. The best five of Preece in Las Vegas were his first race since last year’s race in Nashville Superspeedway when he finished fourth.
Chase Briscoe
Briscoe lost a wheel at the start of Sunday race and lost two laps in the process. At one point, Briscoe was four laps, but was able to bring his car back to the head and end the day with a 17th place.
Nascar Las Vegas racing losers
Kyle Busch
Busch also had a loose wheel in Las Vegas, but his incident included a brake line problem. The Busch right rear tire stolen from the car after the edge was cut and essentially torn off the tire on the edge. Busch was able to return to the track, but hit the wall with 25 laps to do.
Ryan Blaney
Ryan Blaney had a strong race in progress despite having to fall back to the back after a training accident on Saturday. Blaney had a strong race until it was destroyed in a four -wide situation in the 195 turn.
Daniel Suarez
Daniel Suarez was so close to winning the victory in Las Vegas who was fighting against Tyler Reddick and Josh Berry late in the race, even by contacting Berry trying to reproduce. However, Berry was too strong in the last section of the race.
