Nascar published a scathing response after 23XI Racing And First row car sports (FRM) Deposited for a prohibition order and a preliminary injunction which would see them preserve their chartered status for the rest of 2025.

The co -owner team by Michael Jordan And Denny Hamlinas well as their colleague from the series of the series of FRM cuts, continued Nascar last October allege anti -competitive and monopolistic practices after refuse to register for the new charter agreement of the series.

Above all, however, the teams were granted an injunction Before the 2025 campaign which would allow them to compete as chartered teams.

Nascar appealed this decision, and last month, a call committee for three judges ranked on the side of the series, reverse the injunction. This left 23X and FRM in the face of the prospect of losing their charters, and Tens of millions of dollars that accompany them.

Consequently, the teams asked for a complete rehearsal on the issue, but Their call was refused last weekThis means that the two teams could be stripped of their charters before the action of this weekend at Dover Motor Speedway.

However, in order to prevent this, another deposit has now been made by 23X and FRM, Search for a temporary prohibition order and an injunction This would prevent their charters from being stripped for the rest of the season.

Now, in response to the last judicial file of the teams, Nascar published a somewhat scathing statement on the issue, qualifying the trial of “damage” and “distraction”.

“It is regrettable that instead of complying with the clear decisions of the fourth circuit, the 23Xi race and the first -row motor sport now fought the district court with a third request for another useless and inappropriate preliminary injunction,” Nascar said in a press release.

“As the fourth circuit and the district court have suggested, Nascar made several requests to 23XI of racing and motor sports in the first row to submit a proposal to resolve this dispute. We have not yet received a 23xi or first row proposal, because they have rather preferred to continue their prejudicial and distracting action.

“We will defend Nascar’s integrity against this baseless trial forced the sport which threatens to divide the stakeholders committed to serving fans of racing everywhere.

“We remain focused on collaboration with the 13 racing teams that have signed the Charter 2025 agreements and share our mutual objective to deliver the best races in the world every week, including this weekend in Dover.”

If the last 23XI and FRM file is refused, the teams could be in the process of making open entries from this weekend race to dover Motor Speedway, which means that they would no longer be guaranteed to all the races, nor to a part of the price of the event price.

NASCAR was given until 5 p.m. on Wednesday to legally respond to the last judicial file of 23X and FRM.

The broader trial should be heard in court on December 1, 2025.
