Talladega, ala. – Michael Jordan expressed his confidence on Sunday in the outcome of the Attrust Corrisation His 23X racing team recently deposited against Nascar Before the Federal Court, say Athletics, “I wouldn’t have dropped him off if I didn’t think I could win.”

The team jointly submitted their trial with another Nascar organization, first -row car sports, alleging Nascar Works like a monopoly and uses “anti -competitive and exclusion practices” to “get rich at the expense of the first -rate racing racing teams”.
The problem between the parts focuses on NascarThe so-called “charter system” and a final “take-out-or-it” offer NASCAR teams last month to extend the agreement. Thirteen of the 15 team owners signed the agreement, with 23X and the first row as Holdouts.

Nascar, meanwhile, continued to refuse comments. The sanction organization has not reacted or reacted publicly since the filing of the trial, and Nascar did not comment on Nascar when 23X and the first row refused to sign the charter agreement in September.
The president and chief executive officer of NASCAR, Jim France, who is appointed defendant in the trial, thanked the journalists for the opportunity to comment but said that he had nothing to say on the trial when he was approached Sunday in the garage area.
“Excited about our league battles and looking forward to a fantastic race today,” said France.
The judicial files indicate that 23XI and the first row will deposit for a preliminary injunction before the Federal Court on October 8 or around October 8.
The charters are the Nascar version of a franchise, which guarantees entry into each race (as well as access to more racing and money gains from the point fund of the season than the non -chartel teams).
