The Clippers and Mavericks will meet in the NBA Playoffs for the third time in five seasons, fueling a budding rivalry in the Western Conference. Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving are expected to face Los Angeles’ all-star lineup, which includes Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, James Harden and Russell Westbrook.

The Clippers won the last two regular season games against the Mavericks, but Dallas managed to defeat Los Angeles in an in-season tournament. The last meeting between the two teams took place in late December, before the Mavs added PJ Washington and Daniel Gafford to the roster.

The biggest question heading into the series is whether Leonard will perform at 100 percent after suffering inflammation in his right knee late in the regular season. His availability could ultimately determine how far Los Angeles advances in the Western Conference bracket.

Here’s everything you need to know to watch Mavericks vs. Clippers in the first round of the 2024 NBA Playoffs.
