Every Tuesday of the week of the Masters tournament, the former winners meet for the champions dinner at the Augusta National Golf Club. The most recent masters winner chooses the menu. Here is an overview of what has been on these menus in recent years:
2024 Scottie Scheffler champion: Cheeseburger Sliders (served “Scottie style”); firecracker shrimp; “Papa Scheff’s Meatball and Ravioli Bites”; Texas style chili; Ribeye de Cowboy à Bois or Sébaste Drunk, served with family-style cheese macaroni, jalapenic cream, frozen-frozen frozon and sweet potatoes roasted with chipotle lime; And cookies with a hot chocolate frying pan with vanilla pod ice cream.
2023 Jon Rahm champion: Ibericos (Iberian ham nourished with the glans, dried pork loin); Idiazabal Con Trofa Negra (Idiazabal cheese, black truffle); Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish omelette, Potatoes candied onions); Croqueta de Pollo (Creamy chicken fritters candied potatoes); Ensalada de Txangurro (Basque crab salad, potato); Chuleton at Parrilla (Basque Ribeye, Tudela lettuce, Piquillo spines); Rodaballo al Pil-Pil (Turbot, Navarra White Asparagus); Crema y Nata Milhojas (puff pastry cake, cream and cream cream).
2022 Champion Scottie Scheffler: Hors-outing: Cheeseburger Sliders (served “Scottie style”) and firecracker shrimp; Aperitif: tortilla soup (avocado, crisp blue tortilla strips, sure cream, coriander, lemon); Main lessons: Texas Ribeye steak or black -darked sebaste, served with family -style cheese macaroni, jalapeño cream, Brussels fried germs and seasoned fries; Desert: hot chocolate pan cookies with milk and ice cream cookies.
2021 Hideki Matsuyama champion: The menu offers two aperitifs: assorted sushi, sashimis and nigiri and yakitori chicken skewers. The main dishes are the black glass cod of miso with dashi broth, and the Wagyu beef ribeye with mushrooms and mixed vegetables and a Sansho Daikon ponzu.
2020 Dustin Johnson champion: Choice of garden salad or Caesar salad to start; Main course of Mignon net with puree of potatoes and spring vegetables, or Miso marinated bar; Fishing cobble and apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
2019 Tiger Woods champion: Tiger Woods plans to serve fajitas, sushi and sashimis and milkshakes for dessert.
2018 champion Patrick Reed: The reed served a steak side by side bone with cheese macaroni, cream spinach, steamed broccoli, cream corn and a choice of Caesar or corner salad. For the desert: Vanilla Tiramissu Beans Cream Brûlée and a crunchy chocolate and a praline cheese cake.
2017 Sergio Garcia champion: Spanish flavor then some. An international salad as a starter; Arroz Caldoso de Bogavante, a traditional Spanish lobster rice, as a main meal; And the very loose cake of Angela Garcia, for the desert
2016 Danny Willett champion: The traditional English price, with a first mini-tarty lesson at the chalet, followed by a “Sunday roast”, with ribs, potatoes and roasted vegetables, pudding and Yorkshire sauce. For dessert, the apple collapses with vanilla cream, followed by coffee and tea
