Another LSU football offensive lineman is entering the transfer portal. This time it’s true freshman Tyler Miller, according to a report from On3.
Miller signed with LSU in 2025 from Mississippi. He was a consensus four-star prospect, ranking No. 221 overall and No. 15 at his position, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings. Rival rankings were highest on Miller, placing the lineman 72nd overall.

Miller didn’t see an offensive snap in his lone year at LSU and will have four years of eligibility remaining at his next stop.
Given Miller’s ties to Mississippi, Ole Miss has to be considered a contender here. Kevin Bolden was one of Miller’s first recruiters when Bolden was at Ole Miss. Bolden worked out at LSU in 2025, but now that Bolden is back with the Rebels, Ole Miss should have an idea about recruiting Miller, if the Rebels want him, of course.
LSU’s offensive line room will look completely different in 2026. Most of the 2025 core has hit the transfer portal.
