LSU Football has signed the leading transfer portal course for university football in 2025. Much was the addition of wide Barion Brown and Nic Anderson receptors. Brown and Anderson arrive with the dry experience and the potential of the NFL.
But another broad transfer receiver can fly under the radar – old Florida State Wr Destyn Hill.
Hill committed Florida State in 2021 as a four-star recruit from Edna Karr high school in New Orleans. According to ON3, Hill was the wide receiver classified n ° 14 in his class.
LSU head coach Brian Kelly met the media last week and discussed Hill’s return to Louisiana.
“He feels much more comfortable taking precedence because he knows the players, he played against them, and he had them in his team. So the transition for Destyn was really transparent, and that facilitated his task,” said Kelly, “he was someone who may not have obtained as much recognition early.
Hill did not reach Florida State only two years after her commitments. He played sparingly in 2023 before an injury kept him away from 2024. Hill caught six passes for 87 yards in his time with the seminoles.
