There were less than a second in the first quarter left when LeBron James I went to the touch to enter the ball. Feels a moment to get the hottest player in the building, Luka Donicanother blow, the Lakers rushed their new star in the game.

Doncic has jostled towards the marker’s table, unpacking the heat pack of its lower back, stripping its warm -up pants and zipping from its jacket.

James then pulled the ball on the ground. But instead of finding so so or any Lakers player, he seriously beans towards the courtyard of the courtyard, a turnover in a game strewn with errors.

Donic, the player that the Lakers have acquired to repair their narrow operating margins, marked easily on Saturday evening, making three points from all over the field. He finished with 34 points, a postponement of a section of several weeks of dominant offense.

But everyone? Back at full power with James and Rui Hachimura Playing for the first time in two weeks, the team looked like a group of foreigners, seriously beaten 146-115 by a team from Chicago nine games less than .500.

It was the most points that the Lakers allowed this season.

And Dononic was far from perfect, all his shooting canceled by seven reversals and a disengaged defensive performance which helped the Bulls to escape.

In the first half, the Lakers (43-27) were slow, perhaps a tax they needed to pay in their seventh game in 10 days. Their effort against Coby White In the first quarter, the goalkeeper of the Bulls quickly took fire and corresponded to Dononic Bucket for bucket.

The Bulls (31-40) made 78.6% of their shots in two points in the first half, the defense of the Lakers ensuring any resistance. They did not stop Chicago by the edge. They did not stay in front of them on the perimeter. And once they were taken in rotations after the change, the Lakers moved as if they had cement in their sneakers.

The overall effort of the Lakers accessed the second half. The bad news? In one way or another, the defense was even worse, the Bulls marking 81 points when they started to make shots everywhere on the field.

White finished with 36 and recruit MATAS BUZELIS had 31 points for Chicago. Josh Giddey Almost recorded a quadruple-double for the Bulls, ending with 15 points, 17 assists, 10 rebounds and eight interceptions. The Bulls had seven players with at least 12 points and one eighth that scored nine.

James, in his first match after missing two weeks with a vintage tension, had spoken badly about the pace on both sides of the field. He scored 17 but returned it five times. Austin Reaves Had 25 but I couldn’t help Lakers stop. And Hachimura, limited to 18 minutes, looked at the bench in a way and only scored five points.

The Lakers face the Orlando Magic on the road on Monday.
