NBA fans were all excited on Twitter on Sunday after the Los Angeles Lakers’ stunning two-way performance against the top-seeded Memphis Grizzlies in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.
LA won, 128-112, and Memphis lost more than just a home game. Grizzlies All-Star point guard Ja Morant left the game for good with about six minutes remaining after injuring his right hand and wristAnd his status for the two teams’ second fight is uncertain at best.
As a result, “Lakers in 6” was a trending topic on Twitter regarding basketball.
