Kasey Kahne to run Nascar Xfinity Race in Rockingham for Richard Childdre Racing

Kasey Kahne is defined to execute a Nascar Race in 2025.

Kahne, 44, will direct the Race of the Nascar Xfinity series in Rockingham Speedway In April with Richard Childres Racing, the team announced on Friday in a press release.

Kahne will run a third entry into car n ° 33, sponsored by Hendrickcars.com, as well as the Austin Hill teammates and Jesse Love.

Nascar returned to Rockingham for the first time since the Craftsman Truck series took place in 2012.

“I am delighted to regain the wheel of a wagon, especially in a place like Rockingham Speedway,” Kahne said in the statement. “Rockingham was a special piece throughout my career. The Nascar Xfinity series race in Rockingham takes place at 3 p.m. (CT) on Saturday April 19. Fans can watch the race live on the CW.

Kahne won 18 races from the Nascar Cup series during his 15 -year career. He won the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway three times and the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway once. Kahne had 93 top five and 176 TOP-10 TOP-10.

Throughout his Nascar career, Kahne led Evernham Motorsports, Richard Petty Motorsports, Red Bull Racing and Hendrick Motorsports. Kahne is currently running in the world of the Sprint Outlaws car series for her own team, Kasey Kahne Racing.

Kahne was named one of the 75 largest drivers in the history of the NASCAR during the 75 -year -old celebration of sport in 2023.
