A new one Jelly roll The song will open ESPN’s college football program this year. “Get By” has just been announced as an anthem that will “get you pumped.”
The hook goes, “I show up Sunday morning / Looking exactly like I did last night / Yeah, that’s how I get by.”
Additional lyrics from the song are included in a 90-second video to promote Saturday’s football game. It is not yet known whether it will appear on Jelly Roll’s upcoming album.

Jelly Roll first saw the video for ESPN’s new college football anthem during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on ESPN. During the ensuing interview, he emphasized how important college football was to him, saying it ranged from college football to Jesus to Lynyrd Skynyrd.
The song’s opening riff is reminiscent of Dolly Partonthe iconic “9 to 5,” but the threads share few similarities otherwise.
