Aliyah Boston had another excellent season with Indiana fever during the year 2025 WNBA season. She had career highs with 15 points and 3.7 assists, along with 8.2 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 0.9 blocks per game.
The Fever forward has established herself as a WNBA All-Star and MVP candidate. She was also selected as a member of the All-Defensive Second Team and the All-WNBA Second Team.

Once the campaign ended, Boston decided to bring their talents back to Unrivaled as part of Phantom BC. Unsurprisingly, the 24-year-old continued her dominant streak in the 3-on-3 league, helping her team clinch first place with an 11-3 record.

Boston recorded 18.9 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.1 blocks per game in Unrivaled. She led the league in blocks and was third in defensive rebounds with 7.9 per game.
Thanks to its regular season performance, Unrivaled named her Defensive Player of the Year. She was also selected as a member of the All-Unrivaled Second Team, once again highlighting how great she has been outside of the WNBA.

The Fever, for their part, were quick to react after learning of Boston’s latest honor. On Instagram, the team celebrated this achievement with a congratulatory message for their player.
“Simply unrivaled,” The Fever wrote, before saying, “congratulations to @aliyah.boston for being named @unrivaledbasketball Defensive Player of the Year and Second Team.”
With Phantom BC in the playoffs, it will be interesting to see if Boston can once again anchor the team’s offense and defense as they aim to secure a spot in the championship game.

Because the team finished as the No. 1 seed, Phantom BC earned a bye to the semifinals. The team will face Vinyl BC at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn at 7:30 p.m. ET Monday on TNT and truTV. The championship game is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
The Unrivaled 2026 champions will split the $600,000 prize pool between their players.
