The world number one Aryna Sabalenka, fresh of its triumph of Miami Open on Saturday, has credited its constant form this season by mastering the temperament which has once tormented its performance.
Sabalenka added Miami to the title she won in Brisbane by beating American Jessica Pegula 7-5 6-2 at the Hard Rock stadium.

The Belarussian also appeared in the finals of Australian Open and Indian Wells, but showed him growing maturity by manipulating a first set of roller coasters where she was broken three times by Pegula.
In the past, Sabalenka reacted to a breakdown of service or at times of frustration with anger and sometimes noisy displays of his embarrassment with herself.
But there was no sign of such a loss of cool against Pegula, and she said that it was the result of the awareness that there was more in her game than her great service.
“I have fought a lot in the past with a lot of different things, I spent really difficult challenges and I was so struggling with my service,” said the 26 -year -old.

“I couldn’t serve for a while, so I had to play without service, and I think it was the moment when I realized that I had another weapon in my game, so I can really win the match even if my service does not work,” she said.
But there was also a conscious decision to cut the puffs when the game was in difficult times.
“One day, I just decided, ok, whatever happens on the field, I will not show my emotions. I have gone through a lot, and there are much more difficult things in life than any Smash, so I said to myself, well, whatever happens, I’m not going to show emotions. I’m done,” she said.
“I do not want to be this kid who is like, continues to become frustrated and to lose the matches. And that worked very well. I think it is the first year when I won Australia Open (2023) that I have just done a lot, and since then, I have been a different person, a different player and (stronger) in the mental part of the game. It was a huge improvement.”

Sabalenka said that she would celebrate her victory with her team in Miami, where she maintained a residence, before turning her thoughts to the clay season.
His three Grand Chelem victories are all on hard shorts and his best performance at Roland Garros was a race for the semi-finals in 2023.
She believes she is now in good position to have an impact on the clay.
“I think that physically, I’m ready to leave. Physically, I am strong, and I do not rush and I know that I can stay in view of how long I need,” she said.
“I think it’s the key, because I think I have everything to be a good player on the clay field. I haven’t talked to my team. But I can assume that we are going to focus on my physical form,” she said.
