The women’s tennis team hosted a five-team tournament Friday through Sunday at the Eager Tennis Pavilion. Teams from Texas Tech, Tarleton State, New Mexico State and Texas-San Antonio traveled for the three-day event to compete in singles and doubles matches. The Wildcats came away with six wins on Friday, five wins on Saturday and four wins on Sunday. The team will compete in the International Tennis Association regional tournament Oct. 12 in Waco.
