THE Pittsburgh penguins published their list of prospects for this weekend games in Buffalo on Wednesday.
The list is titled by 2025 First round Ben Kindel, 2024, second round, Harrison Brunicke, 2022, fourth round, Sergei Murashov, 2022 First round Owen Pickering, and 2021 First round city Koivunen, which came in the trade of Jake Guentzel and was beginning in the NHL in March.
Pickering also made his NHL debut last season and appeared in 25 games, compiling a goal and three points.
This is an excellent opportunity for each prospect of continuing to develop since the 2025-26 season is upon us. In this spirit, let’s look at four perspectives on which fans should have their eyes during these games.
Ben Kindel
Kindel is one of the three perspectives that the Penguins selected in the first round of the NHL 2025 recovery. He was taken with the 11th choice in total in the draft, and he has a lot of skills. He was one of the best players in the WHL last year, ending with 35 goals and 99 points in 64 games.
Kindel has an excellent version and does not need a lot of time to use it. He also showed an improvement as a playmaker and has a large engine. He can really win 1v1 battles along the boards and has a strong Hockey IQ.
He is not ready for the NHL for the moment and will return to Calgary’s hit killers for another season, but it is a perfect chance for him to show that he is undoubtedly the best hope of the Penguin system.
Quinn Beauchesne
Beauchesne was chosen in the fifth round of the NHL 2025 recovery by the Penguins and presented his solid skating capacity as a defender last season with the Guelph Storm, compiling six goals and 24 points in 49 games. It was his second season with the storm, and he will come back to them for a third season this year as a substitute captain.
He appeared at the development camp in July and also presented his skating capacity every day before the fray took place on the last day. He created space every time he had the washer.
The Penguins took four defenders in the NHL 2025 draft, and there is a chance that Beauchesne will have the highest ceiling of all if he continues to develop.
The Penguins announce the list of prospects, McGroarty Out
Wednesday, the Pittsburgh penguins announced their lists for the challenge of the 2025 prospects in Buffalo, which takes place from September 11 to 15.
Kale
Dach is the perfect player under the radar for fans to watch this weekend. He was chosen in the seventh round of the NHL 2025 draft and lit the BCHL last season, ending with 22 goals and 87 points in 54 games.
He will take things a notch this season when he plays for the hired killers of Calgary of the WHL with Ben Kidel. These two will probably have a little ice time together this season, and fans may have an overview of this in the coming days.
Dach has gross offensive skills and even was able to present part in the scrums during the development camp. He had a bad cross-ice pass between the legs for a good chance of scoring, but the washer did not find the back of the net.
It is never a bad bet to take a late chance on a player who has good lines.
Sergei Murashov
Murashov is one of the two goalkeepers who will play with the other prospects of the other Penguins, joining Gabriel d’Aigle, who was selected in the third round of this year’s draft. Murashov came from Russia last year and was too good for ECHL, ending the season with an average of goals to 2.40 goals and a percentage of .922 stops in 26 games.
He also had time with the Penguins Wilkes-Barre / Scranton and made history by winning his first 10 departures. It is the longest sequence of victories in the history of WBS for a goalkeeper of his recruit season. He finished the year with an average of goals to 2.64 goals and a percentage of stops of .913.
The goal of goalkeeper leaving WBS is wide open for this next season, and he will do everything in his power to win it. He is not yet ready for the NHL, but his time is coming. The key is to ensure that the Penguins do not precipitate its development. The movement side by side of Murashov is excellent, and it actively defies the shooters at the top of the fold.
We will see how many of the three games he starts when the Penguins start to play on Friday, September 12.
Speaking of this, the Penguins will open the challenge of perspectives against the Boston Bruins Friday at 5.30 p.m. he before playing the Jacques Bleues Columbus Sunday September 14 at 3.30 p.m. he. They will challenge the BuffaloWho organizes the tournament, Monday September 15 at noon he.
All games will be available to watch on the official Penguins website.
