The Center of the Chicago Bulls Nikola Vučević scored 23 points to lead the Montenegro to a much necessary victory of 87-81 against Sweden during the Eurobasket tournament. Also on Monday, Turkey and Germany extended their record for four victories in the group phase.

Lithuania won a place in the round of 16 and presented the host of Finland its first defeat of 81-78. Azuolas Tubelis displayed 12 points and 11 rebounds, and Rokas Jokubaitis 16 points and nine assists before being forced injured in the last period.
