Tampere, Finland (AP) – Utah’s jazz striker Lauri Markkanen, scored 29 of his 43 points in the first half in a dazzling performance that highlighted Finland highlighted Finland 109-79 Dessin of Great Britain at FIBA Eurobasket Friday.
