College football analysts and stats don’t give Wisconsin much of a chance of upsetting No. 4 Alabama SATURDAY.

ESPN FPI captures the national mood heading into Saturday’s big game. FPI and ESPN Analytics currently give Alabama a 92.2% chance to win, with Wisconsin at 7.8%.
These figures are significantly lower than ESPN FPI’s forecasts in the pre-season (Wisconsin at 18.7%) and after week 1 (Wisconsin at 9.4%). It’s safe to assume that the stats weren’t impressed by the Badgers’ slow start to the season.
The beauty of sports: Pregame projections don’t mean much once the game starts. College football is defined by upsets and surprising results. The Badgers have a chance to shock the sports world with a win Saturday afternoon.
