(Indianapolis, IN) – The Timberwolves big man managed to shine despite the East winning over the West 211-186. Karl Anthony Towns led all scoring with 50 points while shooting 23 of 35 from the field, plus eight rebounds and three assists in 28 minutes of work.
Anthony Edwards had four points in 13 minutes. Bucks guard Damian Lilliard had 39 points to lead the East and was awarded MVP. T-Wolves head coach Chris Finch was the head coach of the West All-Stars.
The Timberwolves have the best record in the West at 39-16 and entered the break with four straight wins. They will host Milwaukee on Friday at Target Center.
