THE Pittsburgh penguins Thursday Thursday, eminement a cryptic tweet concerning former goalkeeper Marc-Andre Fleury.
They tweeted a video of “Fleury Flakes” with a Bobblehead Fleury next to it, as well as the legend, “starting our day with a balanced breakfast”. The video also shows someone pouring milk into a bowl of cereals.
Allan Walsh, Fleury’s long -standing agent, published cryptic tweets on this video throughout the day, one with Fleury in Penguins uniform.
It does not seem to be by accident, because Fleury spent 13 seasons with the Penguins before spending time with the Vegas Golden Knights, Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild. He helped the Penguins win three Stanley cups and is one of the best goalkeepers in NHL history. Fleury retired after the 2024-25 season after 21 NHL seasons.
He was a favorite of the fans during his stay in Pittsburgh and obtained a hell of a standing ovation when he played his last match inside PPG Pains Arena last season. The Wild came from 2-0 to beat the Penguins 5-3 in this competition.
It could be Fleury to sign a day contract to retire as a member of the Penguins, so let’s see where it goes.
