Jeremy Bullins will join RFK Racing as crew chief for Brad Keselowski and the No. 6 team for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, the team announced Thursday.
The matchmaking is a reunion for former Team Penske cohorts. Bullins led Keselowski’s No. 2 team during the 2020 and 2021 campaigns, collecting a total of five wins, 23 top fives and 41 top 10s over two seasons. They finished the 2020 season in second place in the championship standings.

“I am excited and grateful to have the opportunity to work with BK again, this time in the iconic No. 6 car with RFK,” Bullins said in a team release. “We were able to accomplish a lot as a team before, but we had some unfinished goals, like winning the Daytona 500 and a championship together, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to compete together again. From the Outside , it’s clear that RFK’s trajectory is on track, and I look forward to being a part of the team’s growth and future success.
Bullins most recently served as crew chief of the No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford with driver Harrison Burton for 34 races in 2024 in addition to the final 10 events of the 2023 campaign. This pair produced Burton’s first victory in the NASCAR Cup Series in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway in August 2024 – a victory that gave the famed Wood Brothers Racing organization its 100th victory at the highest level.
A native of Walnut Grove, North Carolina, Bullins has 10 Cup victories, winning with Ryan Blaney and Austin Cindric in addition to Keselowski and Burton. He also collected 21 victories at the Xfinity Series level with Keselowski, Blaney and Joey Logano behind the wheel – all Cup champions.
Bullins replaces Matt McCall atop the Keselowski team pit. McCall joined RFK with Keselowski as Keselowski assumed a role of co-ownership of the organization during its transition from Team Penske ahead of the 2022 campaign. Together, the duo won the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway in May 2024. Over the course of three seasons together, McCall and Keselowski collected 17 top fives and 30 top 10s in addition to their victory at Darlington.
“I mean, he helped turn our company around,” Keselowski said of McCall during the championship weekend at Phoenix Raceway. “He played a big role in all of this. He probably doesn’t get enough credit for that. Not everything went perfectly, and I think he’d be the first to tell you that, but I’m really proud of what he helped us achieve. I just hope the next chapter is great for him. I wish him the best.
Keselowski, the 2012 NASCAR Cup Series champion, enters his 16th full Cup season in 2025 and his fourth at RFK. His 36 career Cup victories place him third among active drivers and has made 12 appearances in the NASCAR playoffs. RFK also expands to three cars in 2025 with the addition of Ryan Preece at the wheel of the #60 Fordwho joins teammate and driver of the No. 17 Ford Chris Buescher.
