This initial report has since been confirmed by Colts wide receivers coach Reggie Wayne, who was very sad to see Bratton go on social media:
Bratton will be the latest former member of the Colts coaching staff to join retired former Indianapolis franchise quarterback Andrew Luck, general manager of the Cardinal football program in Palo Alto. Former head coach Frank Reich served as Stanford’s interim head coach last year before recently becoming the new offensive coordinator for the New York Jets under 2nd year head coach Aaron Glenn.

As a former two-time CFL Gray Cup champion during his playing career and standout at Furman University, Bratton has been the offensive quality control coach for Indianapolis since 2022, after leaving the collegiate coaching ranks.
He recently served on the East-West Shrine Bowl coaching staff.
According to Stephen Holder of ESPN, Bratton has worked closely with Colts player Alec Pierce and can at least partially be attributed to some of his continued development, as well as last year’s breakout campaign.
It will be interesting to see who the Colts hire to ultimately replace Bratton, but they apparently lost a good one.
