Auburn Football had several brilliant moments in 2024, but the season was otherwise a disappointment.
After winning six victories and a bowl offer in the first season of Hugh Freeze, the Tigers regressed in 2024 by finishing 5-7 and a brand of 2-6 against the enemies of the dry. Auburn has now finished each of his last four seasons with seven defeats and has failed to build a record of .500 or better since the end of 6-5 in 2020.

The 2025 off -season will be an essential place on the plains. I am not convinced that a third consecutive season with a losing record will lead to a fourth year for Freeze.
The 2024 season was not kind of second-year head coaches as Scott Satterfield from Cincinnati, Ryan Walters of Purdue, Troy Taylor by Stanford and Luke Fickell of Wisconsin join Freeze by receiving a note “D” or Worse in the Fornelli report. Heading coach of the state of Arizona and former Auburn attacking coordinator Kenny Dillingham, as well as Jeff Brohm of Louisville, made the best party of the year two in their respective programs by receiving a note ” HAS”.
Freeze will enter his third season in Auburn with a file of 11-14 and a 5-11 file against the dry competition.
