Indiana fever star Caitlin Clark maybe I’m not playing competitive basketball this time WNBA off-season, but she’s clearly ready to cheer on her teammates as they suit up in other leagues.

Clark, who only played 13 games in 2025 due to a groin injury, did not join the 3v3 Unrivaled league despite reportedly being heavily pursued. There was speculation she would join the team in 2026 after opting out of the inaugural season in 2025.

Unfortunately, as Clark focuses on her recovery and getting back to 100% health, it’s no surprise that she chose to skip the competition for the second year in a row.

Although Clark will not be participating in Unrivaled, her other Fever teammates such as Lexie Hull, Aliyah BostonKelsey Mitchell, Aari McDonald and Makayla Timpson have all joined the league.

Mitchell, in particular, is making his debut with Unrivaled and will play for one of the league’s newest clubs, Hive BC.

On Tuesday, Mitchell shared several photos of herself in her new swimsuit, as she teased her upcoming appearance.

“Eyes open. Mouth closed,” Mitchell wrote in the caption of her post.

Clark, for his part, showed his support for Mitchell by commenting on the post. She wrote: “Let’s go Kel!!!!!!”

Mitchell will play alongside Sonia Citron, Ezi Magbegor, Natishan Hiedeman, Saniya Rivers and Mo Billings with Hive BC in 2026. The team will be coached by Chicago Sky assistant Rena Wakama.

The second season of Unrivaled will premiere on January 5.

Indeed, it will be interesting to see how Mitchell performs in a 3v3 context. It should be noted that she led the Fever to the score during the 2025 season with 20.2 points at 45.6% shooting.

As for Clark, fans can expect her to continue cheering on her Fever teammates. Maybe she’ll also make an appearance in Miami to watch Unrivaled and her Indiana peers.
