No matter what Caitlin Clark was doing, she always had to be the best.
Even in Halloween.
In a teaser of an upcoming episode of “My Next Guest Need inrociation of Netflix with David Letterman”, the star of Indiana Fever told Letterman that when she was a child, she would abandon her father in a hurry to get the most candies.
“When we did things or treated to monks growing up, I would be like sweaty under my costume because I was in a dead man’s sprint,” said Clark. “I had to have the most candies. This is how I operated. “
Clark said that her father had trouble finding her and that he was sometimes returning home without her.
“My mother would be upset against my father because it is like:” Why did you lose our daughter? Why is it going through the neighborhood? “” Said Clark. “But it was just because I was trying to beat everyone.”
The clip also included Clark speaking of other cases of his competition sequence, including the way her family would be angry with her after the card games at Christmas.
“So everyone hates me by the end of the night and I say to myself:” Oh, great. I ruined Christmas! “” Said Clark.
The episode will be broadcast on April 8.
