A conversation about the world of tennis that misses the debate about the “Big Three” – Roger FedererRafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic is difficult to exist. Having outstanding achievements, the names have always stood parallel to each other and been part of the discussions whenever the topic of ‘best in tennis’ arises.

Mike Tyson, a former professional boxer, is known for his glorious career in this sport. Additionally, his show “Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson” is famous among sports fans as being a great place for open discussions about their specific sports. In a recent episode, Nick Kyrgios appeared as a guest, and the discussions between the two athletes were undoubtedly a point of attraction for fans.

The conversation revolved around Nick’s experiences on and off the court as an internationally renowned player, but landed on the most crucial topic involving the “big three” of tennis. Addressing the subject, Nick said: “It’s difficult because when I came on the scene, I beat Federer, Nadal and Djokovic for the first time as if I had played one or the other, and then I played them all several times.

Krygios explained how he had the most success against NadalHowever, he hailed Federer as the most difficult player for him to play. Move forward with the notice, he added, “But I think Federer might make you feel really shitty. He was as he would be no matter where in the world you played him.

To conclude, Nick compared the Swiss legend to Djokovic, to Tyson’s surprise, saying: “So I think Federer for me was probably the hardest to play, like Novak’s I think was the best ever, but for me Federer was the hardest.”

Even though the thoughts shared by the Australian tennis titan were completely neutral and specific to his own preferences, the situation was rather confusing with Mike Tyson being a fan of Novak Djokovic.

While the conversation between Mike Tyson and Nick Kyrgios seemed as simple as two athletes talking about their favorites, the complexity lay in Mike’s love for Serbian legend Novak Djokovic. The revelation turned out to be very recent since the famous boxer was seen in the stands of the US Open Arena 2023 where he mentioned, “Tennis is a great sport, I am a big fan of this discipline. I like watching Novak Djokovic’s matches.

However, love of sports is primarily a matter of personal preference and, therefore, Nick’s answer turned out to be on the same note. While the episode went viral on YouTube, it wasn’t the first time fans have witnessed a debate over the “big three,” as the topic is undoubtedly a never-ending one for fans.
