Breanna Stewart has built one of the most impressive resumes in women’s basketball, and she’s now pouring the same energy into the business world. THE Freedom of New York forward is a triple WNBA champion, two-time Finals MVP and two-time league MVP.

In 2025, she signed a one-year, $208,400 contract with the New York Liberty, fully guaranteed but still below the $241,984 supermax threshold she was eligible for. She averaged 18.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists that season.

Over the course of nine seasons with the Seattle Storm and New York Liberty, Stewart averaged 20.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 292 regular season games. This kind of profile opens doors, and Stewart walks through them.

It now crosses the business territory alongside NFL star Patrick Mahomes. The Unrivaled co-founder recently partnered with Throne SPORT COFFEE, becoming the brand’s first female athlete ambassador, according to Fox Business.

The product relies on natural caffeine, a full daily value of vitamin B complex, and NSF Certified for Sport credentials, a combination that Stewart says immediately clicked.

“It feels really natural and appropriate,” Stewart said. “I think as an athlete, as a mom, there are so many reasons why we need caffeine all the time. But to consume it in a healthy way and also have protein, every time I walk into the gym, I have one. I let everyone know that not only am I drinking coffee, but I’m also getting a lot of positive protein benefits.”

She also shared that mocha, salted caramel, and solid black are her favorite options. Stewart noted that the partnership has extra weight considering the other people involved.

“This is a huge win and I think just seeing athletes like me (and) Patrick Mahomes continue to partner with Throne shows why,” she added.

This alignment with the Kansas City Chiefs the quarterback feels perfectly comfortable with Stewart. Off the court, she balances motherhood and building something bigger than basketball.
