It’s no secret that Liv Golf has offered some of its biggest names substantial money to acquire their talents. Some of the highest paid, like Dustin Johnson, might spend their money on fishing boats and waterfront property. Others, like Bryson DeChambeau, are using it to open golf clubs as an investment opportunity.
DeChambeau is doing just that, as he plans to open “Underpar Life,” a two-story complex with a 42-pitch bay, 500-yard driving range, touring game area, teaching academy, restaurant run by famous chefs, and three bars.
Bryson DeChambeau is launching a Topgolf-style golf facility in Fort Worth, TX.
The “under-speech life” will include:
• Two stories, 42 striking berries
• Pragasia of 500 years
• Short games area at tower level
• Educational academy
• Fitness Center
• Three bars

Dechambeau maintained that his decision to leave the PGA Tour and join Liv Golf was a “business decision.” This gave him the opportunity to provide a richer life for himself and others, and this resort does just that.
Dechambeau said, regarding the new project (via Front office sports):
“Expenses are a barrier to most things in life. This is an unusually high barrier to experiencing the joy of golf. Our initiatives aim to make golf more affordable, accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our approach, in partnership with municipally owned golf courses, removes significant financial barriers and allows us to grow the golfing community. »
Since leaving the PGA Tour and joining Liv Golf, which was likely catalyzed by injuries and overall career uncertainty following those ailments, Dechambeau has taken the opportunity to play less golf and develop his personal brand , which he did through content creation on various various social media platforms.
But that in itself is a noble effort by the United States Champion to grow the game of golf and provide a new entertainment option to the people of Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas.
This will keep kids off the streets and maybe put a golf club in their hands, and we all know that once that bug is chewing on you, it’s hard to stop chasing it.
It will also be a great place, according to the photos released.
