A new report from Sports World added tensions to the situation around Kylian Mbappe at Real Madrid.
According to the outlet, there is a growing feeling within certain sections of the club that the French striker could have one eye on the next FIFA World Cup rather than being totally locked into Madrid’s season.

You should know that Mbappé has rarely been out of the news in recent weeks, but not always for the right reasons.
Last week, Arbeloa publicly said Mbappé was in good shape. However, later in the afternoon, reports emerged that the attacker miss the shock of the next day with Benfica.
Uncertainty increased when the official player list was released and Mbappe’s name was missing.
Frustrating period at Real Madrid
Within the club, frustration would have increased following the leak to the press. Arbeloa’s comments before and after the Benfica game suggested the problem was more than just discomfort.
