Heading into Saturday’s game, Tennessee has a 66.8 percent chance of defeating the Crimson Tide, according to ESPN Match Predictor. Nolan Analytics projects the Vols to defeat Alabama, 80-78.
An initial SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report came out before the Tennessee-Alabama game. Five players are listed as eliminated: Cade Phillips (Tennessee), Clarence Massamba (Tennessee), Davion Hannah (Alabama), Keitenn Bristow (Alabama) and Collins Onyejiaka (Alabama).
Tennessee defeated the Crimson Tide, 79-73, on January 26 at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
