THE Alabama Crimson Tide defeated the Auburn Tigers by a score of 96-92 on Saturday afternoon.
Alabama was simply elite on the offensive end of the court throughout the entire 40 minutes of play. The Tide shot an impressive 12 of 23 from beyond the arc in the win over Auburn, as the game was an extremely physical and competitive contest.

Alabama head coach Nate Oats took a moment to speak with the media after the win, and in doing so was able to share an injury update to star guard Latrell Wrightsell Jr., who left the game in the first half and did not return.
“Wrightsell has, we don’t know what exactly,” Oats said. He’s going to take an exam tomorrow.”
Wrightsell recorded five points on 2-of-3 shooting before getting hurt. The talented guard has been shooting lights from deep lately, as Wrightsell made his only three-point attempt of the game on the first possession of the first half.
The Tide will face the Ole Miss Rebels on Wednesday night, as Alabama looks to get to 7-4 to begin SEC play.
