Britain’s Katie Boulter won her fourth WTA Tour title with a three-set victory over Tamara Korpatsch at the Ostrava Open on Saturday.
The British number four, who had fallen to 120th in the world, came back strong from a set down in the final to beat Germany’s Korpatsch 5-7 6-2 6-1.

Boulter’s positive performance in the Czech Republic this week after an inconsistent 2025 season means she will return to the top 100 at number 84.
The 29-year-old parted ways with long-time coach Biljana Veselinovic last year and appointed Michael Joyce in early 2026.
She dedicated the victory to her new coach Joyce, saying: “We’re only a few weeks in right now, Mickey, but we’ve got one in the bag.”
Boulter then joked: “And it was your birthday week. A huge week for you, 53, a big one, so it was your gift to yourself.
“I hope we can continue to do a lot of work.”

The title victory contrasted with fellow Briton Emma Raducanu, who was soundly beaten by Romania’s Sorana Cirstea in the Transylvania Open final.
Boulter has lost just one of the five WTA finals she has reached and her victory in Ostrava will add to her two titles in Nottingham (2023 and 2024) and her triumph in San Diego two years ago.
Despite losing three straight before losing the first set, as well as the first game of the second, Boulter managed to regroup and take the final to a decider.
From there, she took control and broke the serve of Korpatsch, 30, three times en route to a first trophy in nearly 15 months.

“To my stable team, to all my family at home… Everyone close to me knows how difficult the last year has been for me,” Boulter added.
“Today it’s all worth it.”
