Aryna Sabalenka jokes about the gift she would give Carlos Alcaraz
After they both won the US Open Last year, Sabalenka posted a TikTok video with Alcaraz following an interview on the Today Show.
When Sabalenka was asked what she would give Alcaraz for her birthday during her on-court interview after beating Iva Jovic, 6-3 6-0, she suggested another video could be considered.
“What would I give him?” replied Sabalenka. “I would probably ask him for a TikTok dance and I would love to get a yes answer.

“I mean, I don’t know what else… Yeah, last year I forced him to do it so I’d feel like I could do it again.”
Sabalenka and Alcaraz are celebrating their anniversary this year at the same time as the Italian Open, where both players are expected to compete, meaning there is a possibility this video could become a reality.
Aryna Sabalenka explains what she does to relax during a Grand Slam
Showing why she is the world number one, Sabalenka has been very consistent at Grand Slam tournaments in recent years and has reached at least the quarter-finals of her last 13 major tournaments.
When asked how she manages her time during Grand Slam tournaments, Sabalenka explained how she manages her time off the court, including making TikTok videos and watching Netflix.

“Honestly, not much changes,” Sabalenka said in her post-match press conference. “It’s like at the beginning of the tournament, there’s a lot of things I have to do for the brands, a lot of TikToks I have to do for my health (laughs), but no, I’m just trying to, you know, be focused on the day of the match, playing the match, and then until the next match, I don’t know, I’m just trying to stay relaxed and do things that I like, go to dinner, stay in the room, watch Netflix.
“It’s always different. Sometimes I go shopping. I don’t know, I’m, I don’t know. I trust myself. Whatever I feel like doing, I go, and that’s it.”
Sabalenka now has a day off to do all these things before her fourth Australian Open semi-final, where she will face Elina Svitolina.
