The Philadelphia Eagles lost passing game coordinator and defensive backs coach Christian Parker to the Dallas Cowboys, who hired him as their new defensive coordinator.
The Birds could also lose at least one additional defensive assistant to Dallas.

Cowboys interview Eagles assistant linebacker and defensive quality control coach Ronell Williams, according to a report from Todd Archer of ESPN.
The Chester, Pennsylvania native initially joined the Eagles as nickel cornerbacks coach in 2023 before his title changed to his current role in 2024.
The assumption here is that Williams’ contract with the Eagles is about to expire and they are allowing him to interview with the Cowboys for what could be a promotion. I don’t think the Eagles will want to lose even more defensive assistants to Dallas, but it’s not surprising that Parker wants to take some of his former colleagues with him.
With Parker already gone, Clint Hurtt Reportedly Interviewing for Miami Dolphins Defensive Coordinator Openingand Williams potentially out, the Eagles may need to hire replacements to complement Vic Fangio’s defensive lineup.
