In the rubber match of Game 3 of the 2025-26 season, the Los Angeles Rams head northwest to Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington, to meet the waiting Seattle Seahawks. It’s a winner-take-all affair for the NFC Championship and a trip to Super Bowl LX. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. PST.
While the mid-section of the country to the northeastern tip will be in the grip of a long-lasting winter storm, the Rams Seahawks game is not expected to be influenced by severe weather. Sunday, expectations in Seattle are for sun and clouds, with highs into the mid-40s and temperatures up to 30 degrees, with calm winds.

In splitting their previous two meetings, the Rams used two different approaches. In Week 11, the Rams defense folded, allowing 414 yards, but forced four interceptions and held the Seahawks to three field goals on four red zone possessions to come away with a 21-19 victory. The Week 16 tilt was a true shootout with both defenses trailing. The two teams combined for 75 points and nearly 1,000 yards of offense. This one went to overtime where Seattle converted a two-point PAT for a 38-37 victory.
Both teams are very close to being at full strength, injury-wise. The Rams welcomed back tackle Rob Havenstein after a lengthy stint on the injured reserve list, but he will not be activated. Edge Byron Young, although hampered by a knee, should be at full strength. For Seattle, backup Josh Jones and part-time fullback Robbie Ouzts are questionable.
