Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese And Las Vegas Aces forward A’ja Wilson bring their talents to the big screen.
Reese and Wilson will make appearances in the animated film “GOAT”, produced by Stephen Curry, NBA star. The film features an all-star cast, including Golden State Warriors guard, “Stranger Things” star Caleb McLaughlin, actress Gabrielle Union, musicians Jelly Roll and Jennifer Hudson and many more.
Reese makes an appearance as Proppa polar bear, and Wilson plays a reptile named Kouyaté. Curry’s film is Reese’s second film role. In 2025, the Sky striker made her debut in the thriller “A House of Dynamite.”
“GOAT” follows the journey of a little goat, Will, played by McLaughlin, who has big sporting dreams. The little animal has the opportunity to play “roarball” at the professional level, which features some of the fastest and fiercest players in the world.
“There’s something for every generation,” Curry told USA TODAY in November. “We’re bringing something that we hope is inspiring, something that brings the family together and something that uplifts a lot of different people in the audience who can find the best in themselves through one of the characters.”
“GOAT” hits theaters on February 13.
