Nebraska also ranks 8th in the latest edition of the AP poll. This is the highest ranking in Husker basketball history, tied with the 1966 team, which was ranked No. 8 for a week in February.
Nebraska returns to action Tuesday night when the Huskers take on the Oregon Ducks. Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. CT and can be seen on the Big Ten Network.
