After dropping a few games, the Spurs are back on the path to victory. Led by Wembanyama and De’Aaron Fox, San Antonio defeated Boston on the road, 100-95, recording its second straight victory and improving to 27-11, good enough for second place in the Western Conference standings.
Wembanyama and Fox finished with 21 points. The French star added six rebounds, while Fox contributed nine rebounds and six assists.
On the other side, Derrick White led the Celtics with 29 points, while Jaylen Brown added 27. Luka Garza scored 11 points and Nemias Queta narrowly missed a double-double, posting nine points and 13 rebounds.
Elsewhere, Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Detroit Pistons 98-92 on the road, with Ivica Zubac recording 17 points and six rebounds.
THE Chicago Bulls passed in front of the Dallas Mavericks125-107. Matas Buzelis and Nikola Vučević scored 15 points each, with the Montenegrin center also grabbing 12 rebounds.
Last but not least, the Charlotte Frelons crushed the Utah Jazzen route to a 150-95 road victory. Moussa Diabaté had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, while Lauri Markkanen did not play for Utah.
