Caitlin Clark has already come back strong after a season of injuries, but she took her chance off the court with challenges from comedian Michael Che, rapper Travis Scott and more in a first Nike ad released on Christmas Day.
Clark, 23, is set to release her signature shoe in spring 2026, what will be her third WNBA season, and her first branded commercial will accompany it – airing on a marquee sports day featuring three NFL games and five NBA games. Clark’s signature shoe will release in 2026, along with a separate signature clothing collection. This collection will include shirts, pants, hoodies and shorts, as well as special pieces in adult sizes only.
She will become the third active WNBA player to own a signature shoe, joining A’ja Wilson and Sabrina Ionescu.

Clark battled injuries during her second WNBA season, in which she played in 13 games and was an All-Star, but sat out for health reasons. She was injured in her left quad, left groin, right groin and left ankle. His last setback occurred on August 7.
She returned to action in full court December 12, practice with the USA Basketball Senior Women’s National Team.

“I think the challenge for me was just, it was one, and then it got a little better, but then it kept getting worse and other things popped up,” Clark said. “And then I hurt my ankle. So it feels good to finally be back to 100 percent.”
The Fever and WNBA season is in doubt for 2026 amid collective bargaining agreement negotiations between the players’ association and the league. A the schedule could be published but is on hold until a new contract is ratified.

Sponsorship deals are largely private, but WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert asserted in a comment to Napheesa Collier that “Caitlin should be grateful for making $16 million off the court because without the platform the WNBA gives her, she wouldn’t make anything,” giving some idea of how much Clark has made.
(Engelbert said she was “disheartened by the way Napheesa has characterized our conversations and the league’s leadership.”)
