SAN FRANCISCO — Stephen Curry made six 3-pointers and scored 31 points, Jimmy Butler had 18 points, seven assists and six rebounds and the Warriors of the Golden State beat the Utah Jazz 134-117 Monday evening.
Curry shot 12 of 24 en route to his fifth 30-point game in the last six. Moses Moody had 15 points and six rebounds, while Gary Payton II contributed nine points, a career-high eight assists and six rebounds in a rare start.
Keyonte George finished with 28 points on 10-of-17 shooting, seven assists and six rebounds to lead Utah, which has lost four straight and five of six after dropping the first back-to-back at home Sunday against the Lakers.
After suffering their first home loss of the season Friday against Portland, the Warriors shot 49.5 percent, committed just 10 turnovers, scored 14 of the 17 points they forced and finished with 52 points off the bench — 20 by Buddy Hield.
