Denny Hamlin, the driver and owner of the Nascar team, energized the Nascar Siriusxm radio on Thursday, saying that he censored the remarks of his lawyer and showed a “bias” on his current dispute against Nascar.

First row Motorsports and 23xi Racing, which Hamlin is a co -owner with Michael Jordan, continued Nascar and CEO Jim France, saying that the sanction organization operates a “monopoly”, resulting in higher prices for racing teams.

Lawyer Jeffrey Kessler, who represents the two teams, appeared on Siriusxm Nascar Radio on Wednesday (Channel 90) to discuss the case. Hamlin said the interviewer had tried to “refute” Kessler’s remarks and that the station also “edited / deleted” the interview because the story did not correspond to their beliefs “.

Hamlin did not name the interviewer, but Kessler appeared in the daily talk show, Siriusxm SpeedwayOrganized by Dave Moody, a long -standing advertiser of the automotive network belonging to Nascar.

Hamlin shared his reflections on X Thursday.

“Although censorship is a big subject in today’s media world, Channel 90 could be the child of the poster,” wrote Hamlin. “An interview did not take place as they hoped after our lawyer continued to assert the facts after even if they did their best to refute, they have since published / deleted this interview of their channels because the story does not correspond to their beliefs. If that did not convince you the bias, then nothing will do it.”

Kessler spoke for a long time of the series of the series.

“Nascar is the child of the poster to be an illegal monopoly,” said Kessler (via Sports naut). “It is, as all your fans know, the only first-rate racing circuit of the first coach in the country, perhaps in the world and he does not have this position by being the best or by investing money or having the best thing there with which no one competes. No. No, he could not acquire it.

“Go to all the teams that are independent entrepreneurs and say that you cannot run in anyone else’s races and impose restrictions on cars, that the teams cannot even take their Nextgen car and put it in another race.”

Hamlin also called ESPN journalist Ryan McGee, who published news on Nascar’s help efforts for Hurricane Helene’s victims and criticized the trial calendar.

“Debate the antitrust trial whatever you want, but there is no debate on the inscription of the timing. Wait for a damn week,” wrote McGee on X.

Placed in ESPN: the same day, the NASCAR community has teamed up with Helene Aid, two of its teams announced that they were continuing sport. Discuss the antitrust trial whatever you want, but there is no debate on the caller of timing. Wait a damn week. https://t.co/mcjfhavbns

“Good sorrow, Ryan …” replied Hamlin (via Thespun.com).

Hamlin has criticized Nascar in the past. In August, he said he should Accept less television money to ensure better hours of start -up For fans and competitors.
