Kolek, 24, had a memorable New Year’s day with the organization. He played 40 minutes and scored 36 points for Westchester, then was called and played 12 minutes for the Knicks later in the evening.

Ajay Mitchell, Oklahoma City Thunder

Oklahoma City continued its winning tracks behind a large night of Mitchell. He scored 27 points while pulling 9 out of 13 on the ground and added seven rebounds, four assists and two interceptions in a 92-75 victory against Orlando at Thomas & Mack Center.

Faces in the crowd

The crowd of Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion was a little smaller on Tuesday compared to the first five days of the NBA Summer League, but several stars have always stopped.

The teammates of Magic Jalen Suggs and Jett Howard sat on the basic line of the Thomas & Mack Center to watch their team face the Thunder. Orlando coach Jamahl Mosley was also present.

The training gymnasium under Cox Pavilion was filled with star power at one point, because the NBA held a photo shoot for all its recruits. Almost all the best choices of this year’s draft were present, notably the Dallas Mavericks striker, Cooper Flagg (n ° 1), the goalkeeper of San Antonio Spurs Dylan Harper (n ° 2) and the striker of Charlotte Hornets Kon Knueppel (n ° 4). Utah Jazz Ace Bailey striker (n ° 5), who did not play in Las Vegas, was also in the photo shoot.

A player who did not participate was the keeper of Philadelphia 76ers VJ Edgecombe (n ° 3), who made his debut in Las Vegas after having recovered from an injury to the thumb. Edgecombe, with his teammate Kelly Obre Jr. Looking, scored 15 points in his team’s victory against Washington at Thomas & Mack Center.

New Orleans Pelicans striker Zion Williamson won his team’s match against Portland at Cox Pavilion.

Late Monday evening, the Lakers Star LeBron James introduced himself to the NBA Summer League for the second time to watch her son Bonny play. LeBron was joined by his daughter Zhuri to watch Bonny score 17 points in the defeat of the Lakers against the Clippers of Los Angeles at Thomas & Mack Center. Bronny James is on average 13 points per game in Las Vegas.

The Lakers Austin Reaves goalkeeper, Center Jaxson Hayes, striker Jarred Vanderbilt, striker Jake Laravia and the newly acquired center Deandre Ayton also stopped on Monday.
